The ceremony was held outside with the vineyard in the background. The reception was held in their new Pavillion Their colors were Burgundy & Green {wine colors}. Grapes & Wine were the theme. The place cards were in corks from the winery. Their initials were on the cake and one of the layers was a white champagne cake with fresh strawberries. The guests blew bubbles during the first dance. The bride sand 'Mama's Song' to her mom and the groom danced with his mother-in-law half-way through the song. All the guests lined up with sparklers for the get-away.
Private Home in Anaheim Hills
The colors were Eggplant, Raspberry with touches of Red & Gold The theme was Lovebirds. Their table names were different birds. Their cake was only two stacked cakes with chocolate & vanilla cupcakes The centerpices were either mini manzanita trees or birdcages We hung lanterns above the dance floor The favors was the candy bar. They had mini Chinese take-out containers for the guests to take the candy in.
The Reef Restaurant, Long Beach
Outdoor Ceremony Shades of Pink & White were the colors Flowers, Bling & Hawaii were the theme Their table names were different Hawaiian words Hawaiian Lemon Bars were at each place setting. They also gave away CD's There was a photobooth The had their initials in lights on the dance floor.
Private Home in Agoura Hills, CA
The ceremony was held outside under a tree in the late afternoon. The sand ceremony consisted of sand from California & Argentina. The colors were silver and white with touches of red. Guests arrived early for cocktails and appetizers before the ceremony. A guitar player played before the ceremony. A Joyeux Day also catered the event. There was only cocktail tables and seating for a few. After the ceremony we served pasta and a variety of small skewers. The Bride changed into another dress for their first dance, a tango. She is from Argentina. They had a wedding singer who sang them a couple of songs a cappella. Their favors were shot glasses filled with red, silver and white m & m's. The Groom's parents surprised everyone with a limo for the get away.
Laguna Cliffs Marriott, Dana Point
Daytime Wedding with ocean views Fushia, Orange with touches of Yellow and Green were the colors. The flowers were very tropical. For the ceremony there was a string trio Their guest book was of photos of them and places that were meaningful to the couple They had a seating chart with their photo as the background. They had a candy bar with orange and pink candies. At the end of the day we tossed rose petals at them as they ran to their get-away car
La Palapa Restaurant, Long Beach
Ceremony was on the sand Apple Green and touches of Pink Apples and being "Green" They blended Quaker traditions with Vietnamese The place card table was green apples with the names inserted into the top as a leaf The centerpiece's were Orchid stems immersed in water They had a photo booth, always a hit They gave out green or pink flip-flop to those that wanted them
St. Vincent de Paul Church & The City Club at Bunker Hill, Los Angeles
Very much a city wedding Very Elegant, the colors were Silver & White with touches of Green and Bling There was a Mariachi Band and a Salsa Band They had numerous photos of them around the reception site including two paintings of each of them. Their escort cards were bride & groom candy containers Their tables were set with chargers and on them were menus tucked into napkins and topped with single orchids. They also had CD's and mini wine bottles wrapped up for every guest, which doubled as a place card, plus mints and cameras. They had a candy bar and a wish tree. Their guest book was a photo album of the couple. They had fun trinkets they gave away during certain songs, like maracas, beads and flashing glasses. They also had a proclamation from th Governor of Utah, were they met and from the City of Los Angeles. The mayor of Los Angeles was a guest, as was several members of the media, including the Bride & Groom.
