Why A Joyeux Day? 
When I think of a Wedding I think of it being one of the most joyous days of your life.  A Joyeux Day!  I aslo named the company in honor of my Mom.  Her middle name was Joy.  She adopted me when I was only three days old.   I am also very thankful that she was able to walk me down the aisle along with my father, in her little pink suit, just a month to the day, before she died of lung cancer. 
Why the French Spelling?
French is the language of love.  What's more romantic than the Eiffel Tower at night with the City of Light all around you?  French Champagne?  Having a cheese & wine picnic in the French countryside?  OOH LA LA!!  Plus, my mom is the one who took me to France.
